Incorrect detection of Smart Snippet topics

The AI uses your snippet topic (description of a complaint or praise) to identify if this specific topic is present in a review. Only if the topic is detected in a review, your Snippet will be integrated into the reply. For precise detection of when to use a Smart Snippet, it is important to include enough information in your description.


Tip:

The more specific the description of a complaint or praise, the more precise the detections get.


Example:

‘vegan breakfast’ is not a good description since the AI can’t know if the Response Snippet should be used for positive or negative comments on the vegan breakfast. Better descriptions would be ‘no vegan breakfast available’ or ‘very tasty vegan breakfast’.


The AI is smart about when to use a response Snippet – even if the wording in a review is not exactly the same as in your description (e.g., ‘no breakfast choices if you are vegan’ instead of ‘no vegan breakfast options available’), the AI will still use the Smart Snippet.


However, it might happen that the AI does not use a Smart Snippet even though it would have fitted. Similarly, there may be reviews where you do not think the use of a Smart Snippet is suitable, but the AI detects your Snippet topic and uses a Smart Snippet in the generated response.
