User Roles: Admin and Non-Admin Users

Currently there are two different user roles: Admin and User
Admins can add users to an account, and manage usage limits (overage), user rights as well as subscription and payment details.
Users can utilize the AI Review Reply Assistant, but cannot manage users, usage, or subscriptions.
