User Roles and Permissions Overview

There are three different user roles: Account Admin, Property Admin, and Replier which you can manage directly in your account here.
Account Admins have the highest level of access and control over the entire account. They have full access to all properties within the account and have the following permissions:
✅ Manage usage limits (overage)
✅ Assign and modify user roles and permissions (see below)
✅ Oversee subscription management (e.g., changing payment details)
✅ Create and manage integrations
✅ Configure and edit automation rules
✅ Create and modify surveys
Property Admins have administrative rights similar to Account Admins but only for the assigned property.

Repliers have access to response and analysis functions for their assigned location. The following table provides an overview of their capabilities and restrictions:
