Are you wondering what the credit overage setting entails?
To stay flexible and allow users in your account to continue answering to more reviews each month, you can make use of the credit overage.
This setting allows paying admin users to set a limit on the maximum credits that can be used on top of the included subscription plan credits. By default, the overage is set to the same amount as the included credits.
For example:
- For a plan with 300 included credits, the overage is set to 100.
- This means that users can generate 400 answers.
- The account then pays per additional answer after 300 generations, adding additional costs of a maximum of 100 answers to the plan price.
So, if you need more credits than are included in your plan, you can use overage credits. These will be charged at the end of the month. To be in control, you can set a monthly maximum in Settings > Usage > Maximum Overage.
